The little counter
that started it all.

Weathered wood, boat propellers and buoys on the wall, and the smell of fresh panko hitting hot oil. We’ve gone back to how we started over a decade ago: a small takeout counter on Hilo’s bayfront with a few good seats. Order at the window, grab a stool, or take it to go.
